When your holiday gifts don't fit through the chimney...

or the front door, or the sliding glass door.

This homeowner called when he couldn’t fit his 4-player video game console through his front door - or his sliding glass door. He asked me to take off the door so he could bring it in to the house. After I took off the sliding glass door, it still didn’t fit. The door was 30” wide. The game was 34” wide. There was no way to pivot it or tilt it to get it through the space. Once I took off the door trim, we got the game into the house.

We had to reinstall the door back to the house with sealing tape. I replaced the molding, and repainted and now it is a good as new.
